We begin every day, including Sundays, at 5:00 a.m. and don’t end until 10:00 p.m. We will always cater to everyone’s schedules to make sure that we offer classes at every hour of the day. We also offer the same class multiple times a day so that there are no excuses! Our class schedule is always changing with new classes, new times and challenging activities.
